Can you eat out on the 5&1 plan? You can absolutely still enjoy going out to restaurants on Optavia, below has a ton of restaurants and fast food options and the corresponding options of what you can eat. Screenshots are all taken from Optavia’s dining out guide which is linked here & I was able to look on the restaurant’s websites for information on salad dressings & whether they are approved!
