- 21 oz cooked shrimp
- 2 cups cucumber
- 2 tsp olive oil
FOR THE SAUCE:
- 1 tbsp Creole seasoning
- 6 oz avocado
- 1/2 cup green onions
- 2 tbsp fresh cilantro optional
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
Toss the shrimp in the oil and the seasoning and cook in a preheated skillet (medium-high heat) until slightly blackened - 2-3 minutes per side. You could also use an air fryer for 5-6 minutes. (no need to flip)
While shrimp cooks, mix all sauce ingredients together to make the sauce. Slice cucumbers into quarter inch pieces peeling, if desired.
Assemble the bites, topping the cucumber slices avocado sauce, shrimp & remoulade sauce.
