Steak strips
5
oz
cooked steak strips
(5 oz raw)

soy sauce
1
tsp
korean chili flakes
salt and pepper to taste
minced garlic to taste
Asparagus
olive oil
salt
Pepper
minced garlic
1/2 packet ItsSkinny rice
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425 F
Break off asparagus ends. In a bowl, toss all ingredients and coat asparagus. Add to pan in single layer. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
In another dish, mix all steak strip ingredients together and then toss with steak. Cook on medium heat for 5 minutes while asparagus bakes.
Notes
It is much more flavorful if you mix the sauce and marinade the steak the night before. But it is not necessary if you don't have time.
