Lean and Green Meal | Asian Steak Strips and Asparagus
- 5 oz cooked steak strips (5 oz raw)
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp korean chili flakes
- salt and pepper to taste
- minced garlic to taste
- olive oil
- minced garlic
1/2 packet ItsSkinny rice
- Preheat oven to 425 F
- Break off asparagus ends. In a bowl, toss all ingredients and coat asparagus. Add to pan in single layer. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
- In another dish, mix all steak strip ingredients together and then toss with steak. Cook on medium heat for 5 minutes while asparagus bakes.
