Lean and Green Meal | Keto Salmon Sushi Cups

Ingredients
  

SAUCE

  • 2 Tbsp light mayo
  • 1 tsp hot sauce
  • 1 tsp soy sauce

SUSHI CUPS

  • 1 pack Its Skinny rice
  • 6 oz salmon
  • seaweed wraps

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 F
  • Layer seaweed on the bottom of the cups of your muffin tins. Scoop rice onto the seaweed.
  • To the side, mix all sauce ingredients together in a bowl. Cut salmon up into cubes. Toss salmon into sauce until evenly coated. Place coated salmon on top of rice.
  • Place muffin tin in oven and cook for 15 minutes.
