SAUCE
- 2 Tbsp light mayo
- 1 tsp hot sauce
- 1 tsp soy sauce
SUSHI CUPS
- 1 pack Its Skinny rice
- 6 oz salmon
- seaweed wraps
Preheat oven to 350 F
Layer seaweed on the bottom of the cups of your muffin tins. Scoop rice onto the seaweed.
To the side, mix all sauce ingredients together in a bowl. Cut salmon up into cubes. Toss salmon into sauce until evenly coated. Place coated salmon on top of rice.
Place muffin tin in oven and cook for 15 minutes.
