Lean and Green Side Dish | Rosemary Cauliflower Rolls
- 4 cups riced cauliflower
- 1/3 cup almond flour
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup reduced fat mozzarella or cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp fresh rosemary finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Preheat oven to 400 F.
- Combine all ingredients in a medium sized bowl. Scoop cauliflower mixture into twelve evenly sized biscuits/rolls onto a lightly greased, foil lined baking sheet.
