Lean and Green Side Dish | Rosemary Cauliflower Rolls

Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups riced cauliflower
  • 1/3 cup almond flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup reduced fat mozzarella or cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp fresh rosemary finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400 F.
  • Combine all ingredients in a medium sized bowl. Scoop cauliflower mixture into twelve evenly sized biscuits/rolls onto a lightly greased, foil lined baking sheet.
  • Bake until golden brown, about 30 minutes.

Notes

Optional: to crisp outside of biscuits/rolls, broil for a few minutes before serving
