Lean & Green: Chicken Sausage Pasta with Tomato Sauce

1 Leaner | 1 Healthy Fat | 3 greens | 1 Condiment
Prep Time 5 minutes
Cook Time 5 minutes


  • 2 Links Chicken Sausages 1 Leaner
  • 2 Cups Spinach 2 Greens
  • 1/4 Cup Tomato Sauce 1 Green
  • 1 Triangle Laughing Cow Cheese 1 Healthy Fat
  • 1 Tsp Minced Garlic Optional
  • 1/2 Tsp Salt Optional
  • 1/2 Tsp Pepper


  • Add just a drop of olive oil and minced garlic (optional) to a pan, once heated add your spinach, cover and let cook / reduce
  • While spinach is cooking slice up your chicken sausage
  • Add chicken sausage to the pan with the spinach
  • Drain skinny pasta and add to pan
  • Stir in plan approved tomato sauce & laughing cow cheese, cook to let reduce
  • Serve hot & enjoy! You can always add 2 TBSP of parmesan as an optional condiment
