Lean Appetizer | Louisiana Hot Crab Dip
Ingredients
- 7 oz Crab Meat
- 3 tbsp light cream cheese
- 3 1/2 tbsp light mayo
- 1/4 cup reduced fat parmesan
- 3 tbsp green onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp hot sauce
- 1/2 tsp old bay
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325 F.
- Combine all ingredients into a casserole dish.
- Bake for about 35-40 minutes in a preheated oven until golden brown on top.
